Gran Turismo 7: Official steering wheel introduced

It's that time again. A new Gran Tourism is at the door and with him a new steering wheel. The official steering wheel Gran Tourism 7 comes this time from the house of Fanatic and carries the sleek name: Gran Tourism DD Pro. You can use it on PS5, PS4 and the PC.

What can the Gran Tourism DD Pro?

The new steering wheel has Direct Drive and is attached directly to the motor shaft. So the Force feedback effects should be passed without losses. The Direct Drive is aimed at Professional Driver and SIM Racing Enthusiasts.

The engine was manufactured to 100 percent in Germany and offers in the standard version up to five Nm torque, for a surcharge, an eight NM variant is also available.

The steering wheel itself is specifically optimized for Gran Tourism, a white OLED display and a diffuser Reeled strip should provide useful information while driving.

Complete package with pedals

Like the steering wheel, the pedals are also a high-end product. The pedals are made of solid steel, precise and durable Hall sensors should enable gentle gas and brake entries. For a surcharge, the pedals can be extended with Fanatics Load Cell Brake.

What does the Gran Tourism DD Pro cost?

The GT DD Pro is currently only available in the complete package. The standard version (5 nm) is pre-ordered for 699.95 euros. The planned delivery date is in March 2022. The scope of delivery consists of the Wheelbase of the GT DD Pro including the pedals and the matching steering wheel. You will receive a table clamp and of course a power supply (90 watts).

Fanatic promises to expel the DD Pro Wheelbase as a separate product.
