What requirements do I have to meet to start the Sunbreak DLC?

To play the Sunbreak DLCs, you must have completed the 7-star site quest Snake goddess of the thunder and thus defeated the Narwa thunderstring. Before that, you cannot access the new content of Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak.

Where can I start Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak?
